dermatology

We offer flexibility to optimally satisfy different needs of our clients, ranging from tourists needing temporary reliefs to long stayers and residents seeking mid and long term treatment.

Most of the skin problems are not life-threathening, but often so annoying that they get in the way of normal life. The mainstay of our approach is to identify each patient's priorities and to tailor management of the problem accordingly to improve QOL. We consider patient education to be an important part of this process.

We provide effective and feasible treatments for acne, a curable skin disease if treated professionally.

Intractable eczema and other chronic skin disorders can be adequately managed through careful assessment of inducing and aggravating factors (eg. hormones, environmental changes) and treatment response.

Skin cancer concerns should be addressed by self-monitoring assisted by periodical skin examinations. Our surgical skills enable us to perform biopsies with superior cosmetic results. We do not treat melanoma and invasive non-melanoma skin cancers.

Timely referrals are made to specialized centers or academic hospitals for these skin malignancies and rare skin diseases requiring special diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
